Railway Infrastructure of Ulwe and Dronagiri to improve Property and Lifestyle of People


Transportation and connectivity are the two key factors a buyer keeps in mind while purchasing or investing in a property. After the opening of the 12km corridor by the Central railway that links Nerul and Belapur with Kharkopar in Ulwe has delighted the residents of the respective cities.

In this project, there are six stations on the new section that includes CBD Belapur, Nerul, Targhar, Bamandongri, and Kharkopar. The railway line will improve the networks and connectivity and give a boost to the airport project as well as the housing sector in that area. This line will also improve the connectivity to JNPT, Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone and the proposed Navi Mumbai International Project. 

Because of the improved connectivity to Ulwe and Dronagiri, residents will not only find an investment option in property but also shift to these areas. It is expected that there will be a high demand for residential properties because people employed in these areas will need an immediate vicinity.

The upcoming infrastructures in the area will benefit the residents in many ways. The planned city will be developed with broad roads, power, water supply, supermarkets, and transportation that will connect to different cities. 

Government undertaking such steps to plan and develop new infrastructures in cities are giving new opportunities to b2b marketplace in India to source more number of vendors and discover more business.
