>> Long Procurement Cycle: Inability to begin the evaluation procedure on schedule, just as hitches during the contract negotiation, adds to the long procurement process. Human mistake, for example, ignoring the acquirement plan additionally postpones the procedure further.
No matter which procurement method is used, when handling any construction projects, there are challenges that are faced by the procurement managers to successfully complete the project within some parameters including profitability and value-building.
